Kim Halvorson is a WordPress website designer and the owner of Halvorson Media Arts. Kim earned a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Western Washington University, and was an early employee at Microsoft Corporation, where she worked in US Sales and Marketing as well as Microsoft Press. Kim has also freelanced for Google, Inc. Most recently, Kim earned a Certificate in Web Design from the University of Washington, a program emphasizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), current web design standards, and coding with HTML and CSS. She is also a Seattle Tilth Certified Master Food Preserver, and enjoys teaching and preserving whatever produce is in season.

Aging with Creativity is an organization that seeks to empower, respect, and partner with elders in our community. Dr. Karen Tanzy offers Creative Aging classes, Creative Film Experiences, and Intergenerational Projects with local schools and retirement facilities. The new website explains each of these 3 services as well as an introduction to Dr. Karen, her past experiences, and why she founded this organization.
Eiffel Tour LLC
Eiffel Tour LLC is company that builds high end custom homes and renovates older homes, bringing them back to their former glory. New homes feature floor plans that enhance today’s lifestyle. Materials are of the highest quality and sustainability. Using storytelling and imagery, this site allows the user to get to know more about the owners, their integrity, and how important quality work and strong relationships are.
Interiors by Aysin
Aysin Yenigun is a designer with a sophisticated, clean yet eclectic style. Using beautiful imagery of past projects, Aysin wished to show clients how she incorporates their unique story into the living spaces she designs. A world traveler, Aysin also loves to add a dash of those global experiences to the homes she designs.
Michael Blue, PS
A Seattle-based boutique law firm, Michael Blue specializes in personal injury law, and is as tough in the courtroom as he is when competing in a triathlon. Michael is a real Ironman, and his site needed a unique message. Michael also lives and works in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood, so imagery of the surrounding beauty made this site pop.
American Standard Band
American Standard is a six-person cover band that has been together for over 10 years (longer than the Beetles!). There is a long term “mate ship” and mutual respect in the band that is as apparent onstage as it is offstage. The band chose the "Scout" package then added several custom plugins like a Bio page and MP3 player. Professionals by day, rockers by night.
The owners of Chameleon PLM saw the need for user-friendly, cost-effective and cloud-based PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software. Finding none in the market, they created an innovative SaaS (Software as a Service) product for apparel and gear companies of all sizes. Their product really does simplify the way global teams work together!
Heron Habitat Helpers
Heron Habitat Helpers works to help the public enjoy, learn about, and protect great blue herons and their nesting colonies in the greater Puget Sound area. Their website needed to educate, inform, and attract new members. Through imagery, a thoughtful mission statement and storytelling, the new site gives HHH a fresh new image.
